If you are looking for a knowledgeable, very honest contractor, you have found one here. Paul was recommended to us by a neighbor who is a retired contractor and we could not be happier with the experience and the quality of the work.

Paul's guys tore out our old patio and deck, and replaced it with a beautiful storage room and expanded patio. He helped and advised all along the way from the blueprints, permitting issues, demolition, and concrete foundation to the framing, stucco and wrought iron railing that included a beautiful staircase.

Everyone with whom he contracted was licensed, insured and obviously an expert in their craft. More than that they were friendly and easy to communicate with.

When we started we were not 100% sure about what we wanted to do, but thanks to Paul's advice, suggestions and expertise, we are very happy with the results.

Drop & Son's came to the rescue and helped me with my brick back wall. They are professional, friendly, and walked me thru the entire process as we had to deal with city permits and a neighboring school. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a rock, yes rock, wall in our yard partially crumble due to wind damage. I'm not talking river rock, these are huge Baldy stone rocks and it took a month to find someone who could repair the rock properly. The contractors we encountered prior to Paul were puzzled by the solution, but not Paul. He instantly knew that he could repair the wall and restore the quirky charm. In fact, the wall (though it stood nearly 60 years prior to the recent damage) is stronger than before! It's gorgeous! We were so happy with Drop and Son's work that we asked him to do some concrete work and even replace a window! Every job was polished, clean, and added more value to our home than the cost to complete them. I would not hesitate to recommend Drop and Sons to anyone.

One item that I feel deserves mentioning... Paul not only remembers, but uses everyone's name. His clients, vendors, contractors... Everyone. I found this to be so personable and respectful. I'm not a fan of someone who subs "sweetheart" or "boss" rather than taking the time to know someone's name. It's just another bit of the time and care that Paul puts into what he does.
